  • Rev. Aaron Gray, Pastor

    Pastor Aaron Gray will began his ministry with CUMC on July 1, 2019. Most recently he has been serving the Redlands United Methodist Church in Grand Junction, CO. Pastor Gray is familiar with the Colorado front range as he grew up in Denver. He and his wife LouAn are parents to two young adults.

    Pastor Gray has a great sense of humor, is kind and approachable, and says “it’s all about the people”. We look forward to serving Christ with him as he begins his ministry with us.

  • Cori Rice, Children's Ministry Director

    Cori was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado. She graduated from Rocky Mountain High School in 2009 and has been a member at Christ United Methodist Church since 1995. Cori has been working with children since she was a teenager ad has helped teach children's bible studies as well. She is active in the  church community and loves to help out wherever she can.

    Cori loves to read, is an avid Chicago Bears fan, and loves to watch hockey. She has been married to her husband, Jake, for about six years and they weathered the military lifestyle for four years. They have a rambunctious young son and an adorable but equally rambunctious young daugher. Cori loves family camping trips, fishing, and hiking.

  • Kevin Utter, Organist

    Kevin Utter received his Bachelors and masters of Music in Organ Performance from Colorado State University in 1985/1989 respectively, studying with Robert Cavarra. He has been with Christ United Methodist Church since August of 1995. He has been a church musician from the age of 8, playing for traditional and contemporary services, accompanying choirs and soloists, and providing other special music. He is equally comfortable with the organ, piano, and electronic keyboards and synthesizers, and also sings and plays the theremin. He believes music is very important in helping bring people together in worship and communicating truths of God which cannot be expressed in words.

    Kevin is married to Valerie and has three children and 2 grandchildren. His guide dog, Bingo, although not a confirmed music critic, is an excellent guide, and has no trouble listening patiently to services and rehearsals.

  • Donna Solverud, Music Director

    Donna was born in Akron, Ohio, but spent most of her childhood in Pueblo, Colorado. She now resides in Laramie, Wyoming with her husband, Truman. They have three adult children, Tamsen, Courtney, and TJ and are proud grandparents of an active little boy.


    Donna attended CSU from 1985-1989 as a vocal performance major, and in 2002 returned as a non-traditional student. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in music education in 2006 and taught choir, drama, musical theatre, as well as coached track and football at Boltz Middle School from 2006-2016. She is currently the director of choral activities at Laramie High School. She recently completed her Masters in Music Education and Conducting from Colorado State University. Before coming to CUMC, she was the choir and handbell director at Plymouth Congregational Church from 2001-2009. Donna feels extremely blessed and grateful to be a part of this wonderful congregation and hopes to be here for many years to come.

  • Debbie Eiten, Administrative Assistant

    Debbie has been married to her husband Ken for 40+ years. They have a dog,  three adult children, a son in-law, a daughter in-law, and a lively granddaughter. Debbie and Ken both grew up on farms in Iowa. They have lived in Colorado most of their adult lives, in addition to a few years in a Chicago suburb, and a few in NW Iowa. In Colorado, they have lived in Alamosa, Rifle, Fort Collins, and now Loveland.  

    Debbie feels blessed to have the opportunity to work at CUMC as the Administrative Assistant. She has been at CUMC since April 2007. Her favorite part of the position is the people. The staff is great to work with and are very supportive of each other. Members, volunteers, and visitors are all wonderful and she enjoys getting to know every one of them. Stop in and visit her anytime! 

  • Molly Rench, Morning Glory Preschool Director and Teacher

    Molly brings rich experience to her position at Morning Glory Preschool. With more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, Molly has worked with infants through sixth-grade students in Colorado and New Mexico.
